Start with a shadow base for optimal wear. Apply shadow onto lids with shadow brushes. For a dimensional eye look, use neutral colors to cover entire eyelid, darker shades on the crease and outer corner of eye and shimmering shades on the brow bone. Blend the contours with a blending brush. May be applied wet for a more dramatic look or for use as a liner.
